What I Do
Inspire. Lead. Develop. Get people enthused about working and being part of our industry and of course...skiing whether it be switch or regular, alpine or freestyle. To teach and to learn. It is my goal to further the sport of freestyle and alpine skiing. There is no right or wrong way to ski. It's about having fun, learning how to improve your own ability and knowledge of the sport.
My work is focused on continuing to build on what I have spread across countries, regional and national organizations, resorts and instructors. This industry has given me so much, I want to pay it forward.
If you are looking for more of the same, look somewhere else. I bring positive change with me wherever I go.
What I Believe
Pretty heavy topic, but here's a glimpse. I would need to write a book to really lay it out.
Snow and Air. They are constant yet changing all the time. If you understand what you have underneath you, it is a great foundation for everything that comes after.
Who I Am
The Colorado Rockies are where I live. Taos, New Mexico is where I breathe.
As a NM native, I will always know where I am going because I know where I'm from. Taos is my stomping grounds and I where I started, both skiing and working in the industry. You haven't skied until you have skied there.
Leader, educator, content generator, program innovator, terrain park designer, training consultant, status quo challenger and fabricator.
How I Work
I'm proud to call Loveland Ski Area my home mountain. A stalwart of Colorado's ski heritage that continues to innovate while protecting the purest ski experience for clients and locals alike.
I travel the globe bringing knowledge across borders with the belief that anyone can be a skier.. If you want to light your fire for the sport,, want to push your envelope and become a better skier come find me at the Basin.
Three guiding principles behind my work ethic are: there is always more than one way to accomplish your goal, teach a man to fish and how do I want to be remembered.
